I always feel grounded when I walk into bivouac. The energy is mellow, the atmosphere inviting and the coffee is my favorite in the area.

must stop if you're coming into evergreen from the I-70 side! grab a cup (with a little strupewafle) and either stay for the good vibes or cross the street for. walk around the disc gold course....

In Evergreen for the week and stopped here today to grab lattes for myself and a coworker. Both did iced oat milk lattes but I did get the maple spices... Both were absolutely amazing. I love that...
