In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Food was good, it wasn't missing anything. Heavy portions. Service was attentive and ok. Ambiance gives classic American diner. Clean & Aesthetic cabin homey vibes.
