Waited over 30 minutes for a grinder (Italian sausage), it was probably the worst grinder/sub I've ever eaten! Italian sausage was so dry! Threw most of it away along with rock hard fries!

Not so good. Bland wantabe.... Chicken parmigiana was not good. Looked good, so bland and needed help. Disappointed!
