I know that birth doesn't have to be scary; it doesn't have to be something women try to remove themselves from, but rather a selfless journey that starts with pregnancy and creates mommies, daddies, and families. It changes you; in a way no one can tell you. It's an experience. I would love for women to look forward to this experience. To have the knowledge going into their birthing time to make decisions that leave them feeling like they were in control of their birth and postpartum. All births are unique, they cannot be planned, but they can be looked back on with pride, strength and love.
