HistorySmitty Fitness Experience was officially founded in 2012 when I earned my Personal Trainer Certification my senior year of high school in Colorado Springs,CO where I began working for Golds Gym. Almost a year later I joined the US Air Force, and during my 4 years of active duty service I worked as a personal trainer on the side. At the end of 2016 I chose to pursue being a trainer as my fulltime career. I began by getting a degree in exercise science, and continued to hone my skills gaining certification after certification until I finally became an authority in the fitness industry. Finally I began a job as the Personal Training and Small Group Fitness Director for LA Fitness in CA. It was at this point where I reached the point where I was ready to grow my own brand full time so today we are beginning fresh, mid-pandemic, and back in my home state bringing industry leading results straight to your doorstep... or mine.Specialtiesas a business I specialize in weight loss and corrective exercise. I help educate my clients on the importance of Dietary, Mental, and Physical Fitness and Health. I begin teaching lifestyle changes that ultimately lead not only to completion of your goals, but retainment of results, and a happier, more fulfilled life.
