HistoryHelping children give me so much meaning in life that I specialized in working with children early in my professional training. I went on to work in residential treatment for children then the schools as a team leader for special education. I began teaching parenting classes there in 1978. Since then I have talked to 40 million people through talks, television and radio. I am a licensed psychologist who has successfully helped thousands of people in my therapy, coaching and teaching practice since 1980. Extensive work is done with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My therapy programs create deep healing for individuals and families wanting to overcome a broad spectrum of issues. I also assist couples to build healthy communication and lasting relationships.
