Charles Sloan, NP, treats his patients like family. By dedicating the same time and commitment he would with those closest to him, Charles helps his patients achieve their health goals. He believes that with healthy life choices including incorporating clean foods, exercise, strong relationships, and attention to mental health needs leads to good health. Charles treats the whole family, from infants to seniors. He can treat acute illnesses and help manage chronic conditions.Charles completed his undergraduate in nursing at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. He then earned his Master of Science in nursing and his Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois.When Charles is not in the office he enjoys going to museums, reading novels, and spending time with family.
