if negative was an option I'd leave it!! i paid for 6 rooms for 2 nights.. no hot water, and the manger wouldn't help the front desk. The manger wouldn't even return a call. Do not stay here!...

I don't expect great accommodations in small rural towns, so this was a pleasant surprise. It's small (2 floors) and fairly new, but easily found along the main drag in little Eaton, Colorado....

Clean, convenient and quiet. Better breakfasts than I've seen in larger hotels and bonus: free wifi. It is great for people visiting the local area or perhaps people in town for business...
