With a mission to protect and promote the interests of over 14,400 eating and drinking establishments, the CRA also emphasizes the importance of independent operators, who constitute a significant portion of its membership base.

The Colorado Restaurant Foundation (CRF), established in 1987 as the philanthropic arm of the CRA, aims to help industry professionals advance their careers and thrive. By providing resources for compliance, mental health, and workforce training, the CRA and CRF are committed to supporting the health and wellness of individuals within the state's dynamic hospitality landscape.
