Although I am not a fan of the cost....and I'm sure nobody is, the service provided is really great. Had a problem, a tech came out and was extremely helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable....

I got new service and it was great the first week or two,then I made a complaint about a charge on my CC that wasn't authorized and wanted them to look into it. My service is horrible since complaint.
