History

Like most Crossfit boxes we started in a garage in the middle of winter. With one goal in mind of making people better we opened our facility doors in 2016. We believe in constantly becoming better versions of ourselves. Everyday since opening day we strive for greatness.

Here at CrossFit Harmonic we aim to help you achieve your physical and mental goals, all while making sure you are becoming the absolute best and healthiest version of yourself. All of CrossFit Harmonics' core values are instilled in each one of our Coaches, guaranteeing that every athlete will have the best experience possible while in our facility. Not only is it important to us that you come in and get the best workout possible, but that you are doing it safely! We feel very strongly that the safety of our athletes comes first; by doing so we teach proper technique that will allow for the best results possible and make sure to mobilize before and after every workout. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, we will meet you right where you are at by helping you become more confident in each movement and uncovering the athlete that is in each of us.
