Cody Richardson owner operator of 1st Choice Home Inspections since 2004. I am a licensed home inspector, certified master inspector, and InterNACHI certified inspector. I service South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska and have performed over 1,700 residential and commercial inspections. My education consists of graduating from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business Home Inspector Training Program in Scottsdale, AZ, receiving an apprenticeship training program with the Sonoran Desert Institute also located in Scottsdale, AZ. I have also successfully completed the Radon measurement and Mitigation training program from the University of Minnesota in St. Paul, MN.
