Mount Evans Hospice, established in 1980 is a nonprofit organization that offers medical and health care services to patients. The center offers diagnosis and treatment for injuries, chronicle illness, long-term disabilities and palliative care. It offers health care services to patients in their own homes through its certified nurses, doctors and trained medical attendants. The center also provides counseling services, support programs, and health education to patients. It is a member of the National Association of Home Care, National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, Home Care Association of Colorado, and Colorado Hospice Organization. Mount Evans Hospice is located in Evergreen, Colo.
