The I-70 Diner, originally situated on a dirt lot in six pieces, was once part of Kroll's Diners before being purchased by Tom and Jean Bredehoft in May 2007. After being transported from Fargo, ND, and reassembled in Flagler, Colorado, the diner opened its doors on July 4, 2007, under the management of Chef Richard Kacir and his wife Vania.
This charming diner not only offers a delightful menu but also features a basement space available for parties and events, making it a great venue for holiday gatherings. The I-70 Diner has garnered attention, including a recent spotlight in the Denver Post, showcasing its unique history and community presence.
