SummitWest Marketing has a fully equipped office centrally located in Colorado's hi-tech corridor, in Frederick, Colorado. Two inside sales and support people and four outside sales representatives provide outstanding and consistent customer service. A full time sales representative operates a branch office in Sandy, Utah serving Utah and Idaho. Networked offices and real time customer relationship management ( CRM ) allows for collaboration and timely management of the sales process throughout the entire cycle. T-1 lines move large data files quickly. EDI compliments our production planning & scheduling capabilities. Cell phones and PDAs mobilize the offices. Our major strengths are the sales skills, product knowledge, and attitude of the outside sales staff and the excellent highly competent inside support team. Each outside salesperson has extensive selling experience in this market ( 82 years combined ), which translates into excellent customer relationships and knowledge of the key accounts in the territory. The inside sales people with 29 years of combined manufacturer's representative experience, add a dimension of service not usually available in this business, including order management, sample and quote generation, and opportunity tracking.
