Cookies were amazing and I was worried when I first saw the low rating. I then I realized it was about rude staff. My experience was great and gentleman that helped my daughter and I was polite.

Quality of cookies have really declined. 19th St and the Broadway location selling stale/dry cookies... use to love this place.
