Chicken Po-Boy was amazing. Fries and sauce outstanding. Super nice guy working the truck. Fairly priced. Had it all! Will be on the look out for this truck!

Food is always a 10/10! Full of seasoning and flavor. Everything is served hot and to perfection. Hands down my favorite truck in Boulder!

Great food truck! My husband had gumbo and I had Cajun poutine. Highly recommend! The heat level was great. I'll try the crab and shrimp cakes next time for sure.

I think La Rue bayou is a knockout! I tried their popular "shrimp po' boy" and it was delicious. The remoulade on top is awesome and they give you a ton of shrimp! I think it tastes awesome really...
