My new furnace, under warranty, is not working and no one is answering Mac Vik's phone despite promising and advertising "24/7 emergency service." It is 30 degrees outside. False advertising!

Didn't show up on the day they said they would, no one called back, the workers then showed up late the first morning of the job (after utility people from the county). Would not recommend.
