Mccaffees Diner

The I-70 Diner, originally located on a dirt lot in six pieces, was once part of Kroll's Diners before being purchased by Tom and Jean Bredehoft in May 2007. After being transported from Fargo, ND, the diner was reassembled in Flagler, Colorado, and opened its doors on July 4, 2007.

Now managed by Chef Richard Kacir and his wife Vania, the diner offers a unique dining experience and is also available for private parties in its basement. The establishment has garnered attention, including a feature in the Denver Post, highlighting its charm and community presence.
