Michael and his family moved to the area this past summer. Seeing a need for a caterer that could provide incredible tasting food combined with grand presentation, he decided to start his own company. There wasn't an option out there that he felt lived up to his standards and the expectations that planners and hosts have in mind for their events. Mid Valley Catering's goal is for their food and service to help make any event and unforgettable one. Taste and memory are inextricably bound.
