RMI is a precision aluminum extruder specializing in close tolerance extrusions, rapid prototype extrusions, small to medium quantity production runs. Parts need to fit comfortably within a 4.0" circle. RMI also provides cut to length, drilling, tapping, anodizing and powder coating options. We can take your drawings from concept to production all with one stop. RMI's markets include: electronics, medical equipment, aerospace, telecommunications, sports & recreational equipment. In addition to providing custom aluminum extrusions, Richardson Metals also offers in-house CNC machining, cutting to length, and deburring. We also work with outside sources for anodizing and painting.
