Booked one night on line (July 27 2025) during an rv road trip. Got there after closing. Our reservation packet was outside on a table waiting for us. So thoughtful. Everything went well.

Robb State Park which has access to the Colorado River, a swim beach and fishing lake. When you stay with us, you can leave your car behind and walk to 16 different eating establishments ranging from all the fast food restaurants, Starbucks, an Asian restaurants and a steakhouse.

Rv resort was nice and clean. Had a small pool and was within walking distance if DQ which was nice for some ice cream. Was pretty warm in Fruita but not bad. Overall a clean rv park with large sites
