The check in process was screwed up from the start , I gave the clerk my ID and CC and he still checked me in under someone else's name!! Then proceeded to charge me what the other guys duration...

We found this hotel last minute and they offered us a blow up mattress because they were all booked for double bed rooms and we had 4 people with us. Instead of the blow up mattress they upgraded...
