15 minutes for a coffee and two; uncut, untoasted bagels I have to put my own cream cheese on? Absolutely astonished. Worst service I've gotten in my life.

Corporate feedback: Food is great but "Pick Two" is not a value at $17 for small cup of soup and half a sandwich. Got chili and Frontega sandwich.
