A very dirty and nasty place. The health Department should really shut them down.. Management including Director of Nursing very rude and not aware of bad environment. They just are about the money.

Bugs in residents rooms , chairs and beds. Members of management are very unprofessional. Nurses and aides seem overwhelmed and overworked
