History

Rekindle is a therapy center that specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy. This treatment modality is the only theory that is proven to fix the root of the problem to create lasting change. We are specially trained to explore the emotions behind what we are experiencing in that tricky cycle we do with our partners, and to learn how to communicate them. We also explore road blocks that make being able to validate and empathize with our partners so hard. This leads us to feeling heard, understood and validated, which ultimately leads us to no longer feel so disconnected.
