This is the WORST Internet/phone service you could imagine. 50% of the time our phone & Internet do not work!! Looking for something else & fast! Do not fall for this, you'll be sorry!

Not very good PR. When I signed with Skybeam there was a $100.00 Visa Card that was to be mailed to me after I completed the first month. Now 3 months later and 5 emails I have had no response....
