They need to clean the rooms before people go in. Our room was disgustingly filthy. Hair all over floors dirt and hair on walls, show get hot and cold and ran all night. Toilet was sticky. Brown...

Well. Looks like you ended up in Sterling. You're off to a bad start. Just get coffee and keep going, if you stay here, understand it will be horrible. They don't have brooms or vacuum...

This place is dirty and smells really bad. If you can stay at a different location, I certainly recommend you do.

Would give zero stars if I could. First the keys didn't work so if we wanted to leave our room, front desk staff had to let us in. Then we get to our room and the door not only doesn't shut but...
