Consistently the worst target ever. 1. Their drive up pickups take like 5x longer than any other target to come out. Sometimes around 20 minutes. And the people who bring them out are sooo rude...

Noticed a couple slips in customer service as far as customer awareness and associate attitude. I first ask could it be me? Then when others treated same way, it kind of brings it home to root cause.
