Taylor Morrison is one of the largest home building companies in the United States. It builds and sells townhomes, villas, high-rise condominiums, luxury residences and single-family homes nationwide. Established in 2007 following the merger of Taylor Woodrow and Morrison Homes, Taylor Morrison offers homes of various sizes, designs, floor plans and specifications. It is a subsidiary of Taylor Wipney, which is one of the largest home builders in the United Kingdom. Taylor Morrison also provides mortgage assistance through its subsidiary, Taylor Morrison Home Funding. The company has more than 280 communities under construction in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada and Texas. Its affiliate, Monarch, constructs and sells townhomes, villas and single-family homes in Canada. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., Taylor Morrison maintains a location in Littleton, Colo.
