We've paired the best in local produce, meat, fish and fowl with a wine list of more than one hundred Old and New World varietals that received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Our desire is to provide you with a memorable dining experience that truly satisfies and delights. Summer is upon us, and wonderful ingredients are cropping up everywhere. Right now, our chefs are excited about tender lamb, succulent scallops and juicy Colorado bison and beef; creamy local cheeses; and the color and crunch of bright garden vegetables. From the wine cellar, we’re welcoming the season with the blush of rosé, crisp Sauvignon Blancs, unoaked Chardonnay, light Pinot Noirs and a sparkle of Prosecco for sipping in the sunshine.
