They lack communication and do not respond to anything. Heat and ac goes out frequently as does the water. Elevators? Residents joke at the elevators being in service. Roaches? Yep....

The building is not caught up at all. There's only one elevator that works. The A/C units often don't work. It's very dirty and the Neighbors are unfriendly.
