Three Peaks Coffee

History

We started in 2018 with the idea and it took about a year for our vision to come to life. Our limits in size and weight capacity required us to solve problems as they happened. Sometimes we wanted things we just couldn't carry or didn't make sense so through trial and error we designed a menu that offers something for hopefully everyone and doesn't jeopardize the integrity of our cart.

Specialties

We are an eco-friendly coffee shop pedaling around Denver. Our cart was designed specifically to have little to no impact on the environment while having the capabilities of making delicious cups of coffee. Using electric charged bike, solar panels, and propane only to operate our cart is a sustainable way to serve coffee on the go!
