Terrible customer service. "Appointments" mean nothing because it's off a walk in basis. I scheduled a repair through Verizon and went in at the "scheduled time" and this worthless place tells me...

My technician, Mukit, was kind, helpful, and thorough, and the repair of my cracked screen was done way ahead of estimated time. Great customer service, and I highly recommend this location.
