Actually - I think the Banh Mi is better than Vinh Ho. There - I said it and I no longer need to go to Federal Blvd for those cravings. Make sure to get extra pickled daikons and carrots!

Had the grilled beef bahn mi, the beef was tender, charred and flavorful. The bread was crisp on the outside and soft inside. They were definitely not shy with the amount of protein or toppings....

Well Bread was too soft on the outside almost like rolls from King Soopers. Veggies too bland . Either not pickled or not pickled well enough . They don't use pate at all. Very simple ingredients...
