Outward trip - dropping off car- was subpar. There were multiple rows that said Full, but apparently were not. We parked in one of 2 rows that said parking was available. No bus came to pick us up...

Parking your car and catching the shuttle to the terminal is efficient. Waiting at the terminal for a shuttle back to your car is hit or miss. There is no easy way to contact the office to know...
