Founded in 2018 Restore Fitness seeks to help anyone restore their fitness through the health, health and belief in oneself through fitness. Exercise programs are uniquely designed to be 60 minutes that include challenging movements for your ability, correct use of weights, functional training, and flexibility. The owner is certified as a personal trainer as well as a biomechanics specialist so each workout is designed with your safety and fitness ability in mind. Our gym is not your typical gym. We are an elite training facility that caters to people that want to become professional football players. We are equipped with athletic turf, a recovery room, and state-of-the-art equipment. Our trainers are previous NFL players and Olympic competitors. Our founder and trainer Matt McChesney is a former CU buff and a former Denver Broncos two-way lineman. Matt is also National Academy of Sports Medicine certified and works privately with our members to help them prepare for the highest level of competition.
