Named "Best Brewery Restaurant" by Westword in 2017. Westbound & Down Brewing Company is made of a dynamic team working to provide our community with exceptional service and distinct sophisticated beers. Brewing beer is an art. Each element leads the unique and layered taste of our beers. But that said, we really just want to make good beer and keep the process approachable. Here are a few things that we do to in hopes to make a beer you love. Our beers are non-filtered, relying on the natural process of fermentation to clarify and enhance the flavor. Carbonating stones are used to produce the bubbles, but this is carefully monitored to allow the beer to retain its intended character. Each craft brew will be served in a specifically chosen vessel to further enhance flavor and drinking experience.
