had Mike Cook come over and look at some side bay windows to get replaced. I told him they were not closing and don't think they could be fixed. Mike took a look at them and was able to fix them...

We were told 12-16 weeks and it's now going on 8 months. The customer service desk isn't helpful and downright rude. Steve Bell, the sales rep, is unresponsive and does not return calls or emails...
