In a fast casual setting, Woody's Q Shack is owned and operated by Kyle and Michelle Woodward. Kyle is one of the top competition pitmasters in the Rocky Mountain region. His competition recipes have been brought into the kitchen of Woody's Q Shack where they offer Brisket, Burnt Ends, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Turkey, Wings, and Sausage. All of the sides are homemade! They also feature four different sauces. To top it off, Woody's Q Shack has partnered with The Colorado Farm Brewery and Square Peg Brewerks to sell their craft beer in the restaurant.
