Youngs Caf opened in 1987 and has been a local favorite ever since. Using family recipes, we take pride in providing fresh, high quality food and service at a moderate price. We have been voted Best Oriental Food of Fort Collins since we opened. We provide an atmosphere for all occasions. It is a pleasure to have you with us. We would like to provide you with a pleasant but different experience in Oriental dining. Vietnamese cuisine has its influence from Chinese and French cooking. However, its light, delicate and fresh flavor makes Vietnamese cuisine unique in its own way. Our menu emphasizes dishes prepared with fresh and natural ingredients;they are low in calories and fat which makes our food ideal for health and weight concerned diners.
