After a very long and painstaking process...I did manage to get someone on the phone who made things right. They voided my overdue balance and ended my membership - confirming it in writing....

Moved to an area where Im in my contract to cancel but now they wont answer the phone or my emails and im being charged for something I cant use. Complete unacceptable and terrible customer service
