This is a exceptionally unique vegetarian-vegan restaurant that was far ahead of the curve when it opened in 1977. All menu items are made in our kitchen. There is no such thing as a pre-packaged item that is micro-waved, and then served. Whether it's fresh corn in the summer or delicious home fries for Sunday brunch, it's all the genuine item. We have a network of local farmers who provide us with seasonal produce and another network of suppliers able to provide us with additional, delicious organic items all year round. We have one of the best vegan menus in the country. Our effort to have a taste experience ready for you is balanced with the nutritional and health benefits that comes with a authentic vegan diet.
