Founded in 1975, Chili s Grill & Bar is a chain of restaurants with a location in Cromwell, Conn. The restaurant features soups, salads, steaks, quesadillas, burgers and desserts. Cheap happy hour deals, food is ok. Service very friendly. Handful of people on a week night but Saturdays seem to be popping at this place.
