VNA Community Healthcare offers home assistance and mental health services to patients throughout Connecticut. The additional services offered by the organization include cleaning, dining, rehabilitation, wellness and transportation, and recreational and entertainment activities, such as outdoor visits, trips, and mind simulation games. It offers a variety of health care services, such as medication management, psychotherapy, drug screenings, medication evaluation and monitoring, and stress and anger management. It also provides health education and counseling services to patients suffering from depression, anxiety, panic, family conflicts, unemployment and hypertension.
