Ordered a hot coffee through the drive-through waited about 10 minutes to drink it (never opened the lid) and it was ice cold so I don't think it was ever hot to begin with.

The staff was completely focused on one another and not the customers. And the foul mouths, including inappropriate sexual talk, shouting in the back at one another makes this an uncomfortable...

The manager I enjoyed seems to not be there anymore and the customer service went right back to being horrendous. Rude employees, very long wait times...they need to get it together. I'm not sure...
