Ellington Ridge Country Club

Ellington Ridge Country Club, located in Ellington, Conn., is a family club offering a wide selection of facilities. Founded in 1959, it offers membership in various categories. Its 18-hole championship golf course, designed by golf architect Geoffrey Cornish, has undergone numerous improvements in the last 40 years. The course measures more than 7,000 yards from the professional tees and its practice areas include a driving range, two practice putting greens and a new sand shot and chipping practice area. Its Olympic-sized swimming pool is state-of-the art and is seasonally staffed by swimming instructors and lifeguards.
