The service agent was nice. The car was filthy on the outside and brakes almost to floor. The inside smelled like an ashtray.

Ok one must keep in mind that this not a high volume facility so you could face inventory hang ups. I did experience this and gave grace for an hour disruption from my scheduled pickup time....
