Fee Schedule - This is the current fee schedule. Our goal is to keep costs as low as possible and to avoid up front administration fees. It should be noted that fees are driven mostly by the hourly fees of the mediators and arbitrators. Administrative costs are included in our initial invoice once a case has been scheduled, thus avoiding up front fees for pre hearing administration.
