Miluska is a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Originally from Peru, Miluska is fluent in Spanish and understands the importance of culturally competent care, particularly for Spanish-speaking patients. She received a master’s in nursing from Quinnipiac University and brings a strong foundation in primary care with a deep passion for promoting health and wellness across all ages. Dr. Diaz is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare to diverse populations. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is passionate about bridging cultural and language gaps. She is focused on educating and motivating her patients to take an active role in their health. She has a particular interest in working with underserved populations. Her approach emphasizes not just treatment, but also prevention and equipping her patients with tools to make healthier lifestyle choices. Her ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish allows her to connect with a wider range of individuals, making healthcare more accesible. Dr. Diaz is originally from the Dominican Republic. On her free time she enjoys cooking and trying-out new recipes with her children and husband, traveling abroad, meeting-up with friends and dedicating time to her well-being and self-care.

Dr. Maura Conway is a family physician and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Conway provides primary care to children and adults of all ages. She has a particular interest in caring for multiple generations of families, mental health and management of chronic medical conditions. She believes in treating the patient and not the medical problem. She prides herself in providing warm, comprehensive care. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring hiking trails with her husband, son and dog.
